Two times to preach.
When you have something to say.
When you have to say something.

Two times to testify, (or tell it, or give witness for Christ).
When you have a testimony to give.
When you have to give your testimony.

Two times to sing.
When you have something to sing.
When you have to sing something.

Two times to serve.
When you have someone to serve.
When you have to serve someone.

Both times should be from a, "WANT TO, " rather than just an, "OUGHT TO."

Both times should be seen as MINISTRY OPPORTUNITY as well as DIVINE OBLIGATION.
