1/3/22 IT SHOULD BE A MEMORY IN THE MAKING
Years ago God poured Himself into an evening service and lead me as I called on special singers, congregational music, believers testimonies, interspersed with proclamation of God's majesty, and offering God's grace. The service lasted for over three hours (in spite of the fact that I dismissed the congregation three times), which seemed like only minutes. Several people came to the altar that night to be saved or to be purified by the infilling of the Holy Spirit. It was truly amazing.
I remember greeting a lady after that explosive service. She did not have that "Joy of Jesus," smile but she did exude a sense of skeptical amazement, as she said something like, "I have never seen a more professionally choreographed presentation in my life." I told her that what she witnessed in the service was simply believers responding to the moving of the Holy Spirit. She still didn't understand.
Sometimes God works His saving grace into our lives, and sometimes He shows His amazing grace through our lives.
