It is bad enough being blind and deaf, dead in sins and trespasses. It is bad enough that the Natural Man (unsaved, unconverted, unrepentant) is unable to understand spiritual truth, realities because those truths are foolishness, nonsensical to him, BUT WHEN the Natural Man resists God's Spirit, rejects God's truth, renounces and denounces God's outreach, then the condition of the Natural Man has gone from walking in the counsel of the ungodly to standing in the way of law breakers to sitting in the seat of mockers and blasphemers.

The Natural Man who does not humble himself is shutting out the Holy Spirit, who is the only One Who can reach and redeem him. The Bible says that the person who refuses to hear and heed God's call, God's invitation, God's warnings, is about to be cut off, and that without remedy. It is possible to be deceived into following a false Jesus, hearing a False Spirit and believing a false gospel. Be very careful to listen for the truth, the message of God.

Satan is the deceiver and his message is the lie. Remember, Jesus speaks truth and life. If you are set to reject the messengers of God, you will reject the message of God. It is not just words that communicate truth, it is the Spirit of God. We must be able to receive and communicate truth in the spirit of love and life.

If we resist and reject the words and love of believers, we are aligned with rejecting God.
Whatever else Blasphemy of the Holy Spirit is, it is at least cutting off the Holy Spirit and God's word, as if they are your mortal enemy. The Bible warns that the Spirit of God will not strive with man always.

The devil goes about, seeking whom he may devour. Jesus came to seek and to save the lost. Be careful which one you allow into your life and be careful which one you exclude from your life.

Adam's sin brought humanity's fall.
In Adam we were not made guilty but we were corrupted and death entered the world.
Guilt is result of personal sin.
No one is guilty for another person's sin.
One person's sin causes other people to suffer loss and damage.

Corruption is an inherited flaw.
Adam was created in image of God, pure and holy, but he lost God's likeness for himself and his descendants when he sinned.
All of Adam's progeny are born with fallen Human Nature and a corrupted Sinful Nature, which separates us from God.

Jesus died and rose again to reconcile all men (people) to God.
Every child of Adam is conceived in the likeness of Adam's fallen condition, which disqualifies us from heaven.
We suffered because of Adam's sin by being afflicted with a fallen Human Nature and the corrupted Sinful Nature.
The Sinful Nature is our inherited propensity to turn from God.
Sinful Nature was not our fault but it is part of our fallen condition.
Though it is not removed, Christ's atonement covers the corruption of the Sinful Nature in all preborn, new born and infant children, therefore Jesus is the Savior of all men (people).

When a child becomes accountable for his own sins (and he will sin), he is no longer covered by the atonement and he is guilty for his own disobedience to God.
Jesus died and rose again to save everyone who trusts, repents, confesses and follows Him.

Jesus will forgive the sinner of his sins and will cleanse the believer from his Sinful Nature.
Jesus saves from all sin, guilt and corruption.

For therefore we both labour and suffer reproach, because we trust in the living God, who is the Saviour of all men, specially of those that believe.

We were born with a human and an Adamic (carnal, sinful) nature. Though there is sin in humans, there is no sin in being human. We are not GUILTY of sin at birth, since we have not sinned (broken God's law). Our human nature is impaired by sin and we are corrupted because of sin nature. Corruption disqualifies from heaven, but Christ's atonement covers preborn, new born, infant and very young children (as indicated by Scripture, and Jesus said, for of such is the kingdom of God). God is just and God is merciful. No one is guilty and no one goes to hell because of another person's sin. Babies are not guilty because of Adam, but they are impaired, corrupted, twisted because of Adam's sin.

As a child gets older, he/she will eventually sin (break God's law). Sin is the breaking, the violating, the transgression of God's law. At the time of personal, intentional disobedience the child becomes a sinner. We are not sinners (transgressors of God's law) until we willingly rebel against God. At the time of willful disobedience, we become answerable and accountable for our own sinful nature and our own sinful deeds. However, Christ atoned for our sin (nature) and our sins (deeds), therefore when we believe on (trust in) Christ's death and resurrection for our salvation from sin, we are forgiven, regenerated and accepted into God's family.

Adam's sin was a decision that corrupted and enslaved all of his descendants. People refer to Adam as the Federal Head of the human race. Since it is not a Biblical term, we must get our definition from men, not the Bible. As an example of how a Federal Head functions consider a king declaring war against an enemy. When a king or any leader of a people, commits to war, that leader is committing his people to war. It is possible that some of his people will not fight in the war and it is possible that some of his people will not agree with the war and it is possible that some of his people will refuse to fight in that war. However, all of his people will be effected, hurt, and will suffer because of that war.

All of Adam's descendants are effected by Adam's sin, but that does not mean that all of Adam's descendants are guilty or complicit with Adam's sin. We did not sin along with Adam (since we did not even exist at the time of Adam). We did not sin as a preborn, since we did not deliberately transgress God's law.

We were not sinners in Adam's body. We have sinned at some point in our life, which made us guilty of sin. As guilty sinners we needed the salvation which comes only from Christ.

A careful reading of Scripture does not indicate that we are guilty because of Adam's sin, though it does indicate a liability to sin, a susceptibility to sin. The atonement saves all men from the curse of the law, while they are preborn, new born and infant. The atonement provides salvation from sins committed to those who believe, confess, repent of their evil deeds. The atonement provides cleansing, deliverance from the Old Man, the Carnal Mind, the sinful nature, to those who call on God to purify their hearts.

God's will and God's salvation saves everyone (preborn, new born, infant); personal sin condemns everyone who transgresses God's law; personal salvation comes to those who believe in and trust in the death and resurrection of Christ. This salvation is justification (forgiveness, regeneration, cleansing from sins committed) and it also includes the fullness of the Holy Spirit for believers (purifying of the heart, empowering for service).

They are learning how to live the life of obedient faith. They are learning how to witness to other people. They are learning how to interact with people of various attitudes, beliefs, agendas.

Life can be brutal, but they will need to persist and prevail over their adversaries and trials.

They will need to learn more Scripture, and how to present it to a variety of people. They will need to realize that their best efforts will not always be accepted or understood by some people. They will suffer pain, disappointment in their own efforts and in the response of others (some of whom will be deliberately antagonistic because of closed mindedness). They will need to learn and to keep on learning. They will need to overcome obstacles, weaknesses and cruel, vicious, public and private, unwarranted personal attacks.

They will need to grow personally in their relationship with Jesus and in their knowledge of God's word. They will need to develop spiritually, relationally and in their ministry abilities.

As their grandfather and as their pastor I want to be available and supportive and helpful. I hope I can serve them as grandfather and as pastor. I hope they see me as Pastor Grand-dad, Pastor Pappy, Pastor Pap-Pap because this is who I am, by God's appointment.

Oh, let me mention, I really love them, as grandfather and pastor.

I have seen lives, families and churches ruined by the captivating of allurements.

 

Redeem the times and align yourself with the word, wisdom and will of God if you want to think clearly and share in the mind of God.

People don't realize that having their own way (which is SIN) will result in Satan and sin having total, irreversible control over them.

All children of Adam are conceived with a sinful nature, thus unfit for heaven.

Christ died as a sacrifice for the whole world, including pre-born children, therefore all pre-born children are covered by the atonement and are therefore qualified by God to go to heaven.

 

After a baby is born, the infant is still covered by the atonement of Christ.

Remember, Jesus welcomed the children to come to Him because they are part of the kingdom of God.

If a person confesses his sin, believes on the death and resurrection of Christ, and turns from sin to follow Christ, he will be forgiven and regenerated (saved).

 

Since a pre-born is covered by the redemptive work of Christ on the cross, but sins as a young person, that "saved" child has lost his salvation or fallen from grace, because the wages of sin is death.

 

Jesus saves His people FROM THEIR SINS, not in their sins.

The justified (the saved) are those who live by faith.

We are the children of God by faith.

 

That which is not of faith is sin.

He that commits sin is of the devil.

 

Saving faith obeys God.

Faith without works is dead.

 

A person who does not walk in the light of Christ is not cleansed from all sin.

A person who does not confess his sins is not forgiven of his sins.

 

Not only has every person been saved from sin (as a pre-born), but every person has sinned against God deliberately and needs to be saved (delivered, rescued) by the redemptive work of God.

 

Therefore it is possible to lose salvation, fall from grace.

If your pastor is teaching, preaching something that is contrary to the essential truth in the word of God, you must be willing to lovingly resist and reject false teaching. If the pastor and the church will not turn from error, you must be ready to come out from among them.

Under normal circumstances, a layman does not have the knowledge, understanding, experience of a pastor and therefore must not insist on his or her own personal opinion.

Under Biblical standards, the pastor has the qualifications, training, experience and appointment from God to be respected. Personal opinions can unnecessarily disrupt and divide a church. The final authority is God's word and God's Spirit. Pastors and parishioners are required to honor Biblical directives and standards.

All things being equal, it is better to ask for, and accept pastoral leadership rather than holding to a personal interpretation or point of view. If there is going to be division, it better by based on something that is of great import.

Psalms 1:1

(1) Blessed is the man that walketh not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor standeth in the way of sinners, nor sitteth in the seat of the scornful.

 

The blessed person is the one who does not LISTEN to the words, the philosophy, the teaching of anyone who is without God.

The blessed person is the one who does not LIVE his life as a sinner, as a person who disobeys God.

The blessed person is the one who does not LIBEL (blaspheme) God, His word, His salvation, His Church.

 

Renouncing God (turning to godless teaching) begins with trusting people and movements that are without the true and living God.

Renouncing God (turning to a life of sin ) becomes more overt and determined in the person who openly allows sinful behavior in his life.

Renouncing becomes Denouncing (speaking against) God and mocking God's way, His will and His word.

There are some brilliant teachers, preachers on YouTube. However, they are far outnumbered by the deceivers. Sadly, people are caught up and carried away by the false teachers, false prophets, false Christs, and people quickly accept another (a false) Jesus, another (a false Spirit) and another (a false) gospel, as Christ and the writers of the New Testament told us about the last days.
