Sickness and age (among many other uncontrollable factors) takes a toll on body and mind, even on those who live wisely.
Do all you can, while you can. There may come a time when you won't be able to serve as fully as you can today.

Take advantage of what God provides today (people, ministries, resources, opportunities), because they may not be available tomorrow, or ever again in this life.
