Christian should be able to recount when (as believers) they made full commitment to Christ, died to self and the world and were purified with the infilling of the Holy Spirit.

It is that dramatic and that dynamic of a spiritual experience and transformation.

It is not separate from salvation, but it is subsequent to conversion.
