05/11/22 BEWARE THE WAY OF DESTRUCTION

I have posted several times recently about spiritual problems developing into mental, emotional and physical problems.

 

SADLY, people love the sin and selfishness that leads to mental, emotional and physical problems. They won't listen to Biblical counsel, they won't bring their thoughts under the control of the Holy Spirit, they won't deny themselves of personal satisfaction. They will continue in a path of counter productive activities until they will be totally overcome by the power of darkness. Even if they ever find God's grace of deliverance, they will have wasted years of service, energy, influence, love, rather than served God and other people.

 

Selfishness and Pride lead to destructive behavior. The destruction includes self and loved ones who are forced to suffer. Those years will never be recovered and some folks will be victimized to the point of never recovering.

 

Any life can be wrecked on the rocks of rebellion, including those who are abundantly blessed with talents and abilities to be of great service in the kingdom of God. You can sail your own course, but you will not reach God's destination until you surrender to Him.
